LocalityThe Domaine de Gourgazaud is situated in the village of La Livinière , set in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The village gets its name from "Cella Vinaria" (wine cellar) , proving the existence of ancient roman vines in the region.

VinificationAfter “de-stemming” we follow with pelliculaire maceration with a light pressing in a lined stainless steel tank for 4 - 6 hours. Fermentation for 20 days at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notePale gold with green lights.Polished , floral, dried fruits and hazelnut nose. Fat, unctuous ,buttered in mouth. Well balanced.
Food matchesWhite meats, poultry in cream sauce, goat cheese, fish and prawns, seafood. Serving temperature : 6° - 8°C.
