LocalityThe Domaine de Gourgazaud is situated in the village of La Livinière , set in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The village gets its name from "Cella Vinaria" (wine cellar) , proving the existence of ancient roman vines in the region.

VinificationAfter separating the grapes from the bunches , and macerating at a low temperature , the fermentation takes place slowly in barrels for about 3 months.
Tasting noteA beautiful yellow-gold colour. Intense, polished , butter and honey nose. Fine, polished, generous and harmonious.A wine with long and powerful taste.
