LE VIOGNIER HISTORIQUE
With an elegantly perfumed nose, this wine also expresses delicate fruit mango, peach and apricot layers with a touch of roasted hazelnuts.
LE GRENACHE

Intense aromas of mature almond, fennel and dried apricot. Remarkable length on the palate.
Le cabernet-Sauvignon
Spicy aromas, with lots of red fruit on the palate.

Cuvée Morgane
Intense red colour. Dominant bouquet of blackcurrant and blueberry. Mixture of earthy and herbaceous notes on the palate.
Cuvée Mathilde
Deep ruby red colour. This fine wine has a smooth bouquet with aromas of cherry, layered with licorice and blonde tobacco. Palate has intense silky tannins.
Cuvée Mélanie
Deep red colour. This silky and delicate wine expresses elegant aromas of vanilla and red berries.
Le secret de Mathilde
Deep purple colour. The nose dominates notes of red fruits and a hint of spices that evolve towards candied prune and truffle on the finish. Silky and balanced mouth, ending on slightly vanilla tannins.
Quintessence
La vigne de ma mère
Bright golden-yellow in colour, complex bouquet with notes of honey and almond. A generous palate with remarkable length and minerality.
Pater Familias
Garnet in colour, this intense wine is complex and expresses notes of kirsch, plums and blackcurrant.
Quintus
Deep and intense red, with aromas of candied Morello cherries evolving into notes of chocolate and truffle.
